General program vision and goals
To train qualified professional coaches with practical skills up to ICF Standard
To give student a better understanding of the 11 ICF core coaching competencies and enable them to apply these competencies in coaching practice.
The program aims at training corporate coaches, life coaches and executive coaches. Students will acquire a coaching mindset that influences themselves, others and the world. Based on the eleven ICF core competencies, the program develops a framework to apply the core concepts, tools and models of NLP coaching, and in turn brings these competencies into full play.
The program maximizes coaching results by integrating coaching skills with NLP and by engaging vision, hearing, sense and mind. We believe that everyone is perfect, complete, and has the capacity for achieving goals. NLP coaching explores potentials and motivates you to realize life goals. Through this program, students will acquire the ability to coach yourselves and others.
Learning goals
In nineteen days, students will master the kernel of the eleven ICF core competencies and be able to apply the principles to coaching practice. You will be able to complete one-on-one coaching and team coaching.
Coaching philosophy
The program aims to enable the coached clients to listen to their inner voices, overcome fears and disturbance, focus on intrinsic goals and potentials, and embrace their unlimited possibilities. Coaches will learn to believe in clients’ innate wisdom, and adopt a active listening, curious, open-minded and impartial coaching approach. You will be able to employ different coaching tools according to the clients’ goals and states, thus realizing your coaching aims.
How the program is delivered (e.g. face-to-face, webinar, telephonic, combination)
This program will be delivered in combination of face-to-face, webinar and telephonic. It comprises several modules to be covered in total of 19 days. This program will be delivered over a span of 6 months with standalone training sessions.
