To train qualified professional coaches with practical skills up to ICF Standard

To give student a better understanding of the 11 ICF core coaching competencies and enable them to apply these competencies in coaching practice.

This program trains professional coaches to master the ICF core competencies, help them to understand the evidences of core competencies during their coaching sessions, it will be a program full of practices, and the coaches will learn the ICF core competences by practices.

The course integrates NLP and coaching to help parents understand their children’s stages and patterns of growth, so that parents will be able to fully respect each child’s nature and use coaching presence and skills to free the child’s gifts. With deep inner connection, parents will help their children grow.

Parents will:

➡ be relaxed and happy and able to enjoy intimate time with children;

➡ learn the secrets to children’s growth and understand their children the best;

➡ be able to turn problems and difficulties into resources for children’s growth;

➡ have centered coaching presence to help their children find their inner treasure. 

Children will:

• To equip corporate management with coaching competencies to develop their own leadership and that of their subordinates, as well as the ability to achieve self-awareness and self-development through coaching thinking. 
• To improve the practical skills of professional coaches.
